CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations, you have 24 hours to notify me that you will not make your appointment in order to get your deposit refunded. Which is 30% of your service. To reschedule your appointment, a deposit that goes towards your service will be required, if not paid already. Deposit will be used towards service payment. 10 minute grace period. If you are going to arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will get cancelled and will result to no deposit refund. No call, no shows are considered automatic cancellations and will not get their deposit back. No shows also run a chance of not being able to rebook with me. For purpose of safety and having a calming environment, no children in the treatment room.
