CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations, you have 24 hours to notify me that you will not make your appointment in order to get your deposit refunded. Which is 30% of your service. To reschedule your appointment a deposit that goes towards your service will be required, if not paid already, to move your appointment. Deposit will be used towards service payment. No call, no shows are considered automatic cancellations and will not get their deposit back. 10 minute grace period. If you are going to arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will get cancelled and will result to no deposit refund. For purposes of safety and limited space, I cannot allow any extra guests or children. Although, there is a waiting room where your plus 1 can sit.
